Tanana River
We boondocked Swan Pond – forgot to take photos. All of a sudden there was some action on the pond as a river otter went after a mama duck and her babies. Mama feigned an injured wing as she skimmed across the water while the babies each went in a different direction. Happened too fast to get the camera, but the hungry otter swam on
and the mama and babies regrouped
